Privacy Policy

Order information. When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and optionally your phone number. Payment card details are processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store raw card numbers.

Tag profile data. If you set up your NFC tag, we store the pet profile you create: your pet's name, breed, age, and emoji/photo; your owner contact info; vet information; and any medical notes you choose to add. This data is linked to your tag ID and is displayed publicly when anyone scans your tag.

Usage data. We may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for site security and performance purposes.

We use your information to:

• Process and fulfill your order, including shipping
• Send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates)
• Send occasional marketing or product update emails — you can unsubscribe at any time
• Operate and display your NFC tag profile when scanned
• Respond to customer support requests

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as necessary to operate:

• Stripe — processes payments securely. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Shipping carriers — your name and address are shared to fulfill delivery.
• Email service providers — used to send transactional and marketing emails.

Your NFC tag profile (pet name, owner contact, medical notes) is publicly visible to anyone who scans your tag. Only add information you are comfortable sharing.

We retain order records for as long as required to fulfill orders and comply with applicable law. Tag profile data is retained until you request deletion or the tag is removed from our system. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

You may request to access, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at gralliprints@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Our site may use essential cookies for session management and security. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not function correctly.

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted with a new effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
