These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of gralliprints.com and any purchase of products from Gralli Prints, a sole proprietorship ("we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms.
All Gralli Prints NFC dog tags are made to order. Each tag is 3D printed with the name and color configuration you specify at checkout. Because every order is custom-manufactured, please review your configuration carefully before submitting.
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount shown at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation after a successful payment.
We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or fulfillment issues.
We aim to ship all orders within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier selected. Shipping times are estimates only — we are not responsible for carrier delays.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Because our tags are custom 3D printed to order with your pet's name and chosen colors, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect customization entered by the customer.
If your tag arrives defective — broken, misprinted, or non-functional — contact us within 14 days of delivery at gralliprints@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
When you activate your tag, you create a publicly accessible profile linked to that tag's unique ID. Anyone who scans the tag can view the profile. You are solely responsible for the content you add to your profile.
Do not include sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary for pet recovery. We are not liable for any consequences arising from information you choose to publish on your profile.
You may update or delete your profile at any time. We reserve the right to remove any profile content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
All content on gralliprints.com — including design, copy, and images — is owned by Gralli Prints. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Our products and services are provided "as is." We make no guarantees that NFC functionality will be compatible with every device or operating system, though our chips conform to widely supported ISO standards. We are not responsible for the actions of third parties who scan your tag.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gralli Prints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If that fails, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be noted with a new effective date. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
